gasket, don't use the old one. When you position it after you have the plenum "hovering" above it use a pencil down thru the bolt holes to do the final alignment before tightening it down. This will prevent a vacuum leak that will prevent your car from starting afterwards and having to pull the plenum again. :-) Been there done that.Also remember that the EGR bolt heads face away from you so turn them left to tighten and right to loosen. A flex ratcheting wrench will make this task much easier. Replace the fuel hose that is in the middle of the fuel rail for piece of mind and turn the hose clamps to face the front of the engine. This is a good time to replace the AAC, Air regulator, and rear PVC air hoses. Warm the car up just a little (~2 minutes) before beginning the work and your hoses will be more pliable from the heat and come off easier. Good luck.
